Bonsoir,
I'm not a fan of doughnut but sometimes it's okay to have it and doughnut isn't harmful. My niece is so good at making doughnut and her doughnut are so spongy and soft. To make a good doughnut it takes a little more time and require a few steps, but the results are so worth it. I knew I'm not as good as my niece to make doughnut and sometimes the simple thing is best for me.
My first attempt making doughnut was not too bad and I'm happy with the result. We even brought some to work and give to our friends and they like it. As of the results, now I'm already planing to do a different type of doughnut in the near future.

Indonesian Sambal
Selamat sore..
One of the common greeting in Indonesian language, selamat sore means good afternoon. I like to speak in Indonesian language as well because for me they have a soft accent and its nice to hear it.
When I was travel in various places in Indonesia, most of the local people think that I'm Indonesian just because I could speak their language fluently. I can just as easily go everywhere and buy something cheaper as local people not as a tourist.
Indonesia has variety of food from sweet to very spicy food just like any other country in Asia. Sambal or hot chili sauce is everywhere across the region. Every region of Indonesia has their own sambal and for many Indonesians, no food taste right without sambal on the side.

METHOD;
- Blend chillies, shallot, tomato and prawn paste.
